Le week-end dernier, je suis allée me promener au marché des producteurs de pays de Corrèze, rue Cardinet dans le 17e arrondissement de Paris. Il y avait plusieurs stands d’apiculteurs mais l’un d’eux a retenu mon attention grâce à la diversité des produits proposés : il s’agit de celui de Chantal Boyer-Lambert, apicultrice.
Mon attention a été retenue par les pains d’épices, les bonbons et les différents miels. Il y avait aussi des vinaigres, moutardes et confits de fruits dans le miel… Ici sa fiche des marchés de producteurs.
